Are your products really all-natural and handmade?
Yes! All of our products are handmade using all-natural ingredients. We take pride in creating natural products, that is our guarantee.
The item I want is out of stock—what do I do?
Not to worry, please contact hermione@mionee.com and let us know which item(s) you’re looking for and the quantity you’d like to order. We’ll then provide you with an estimated in-stock date for that item and will notify you via email when that item is available for purchase online.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Diners Club, JCB, and PayPal.
What happens after I purchase a product?
Once your order is placed and your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped and on its way. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and you'll be provided a tracking number. For more information, please view our shipping policy.

Where is my order—has it shipped?
Once your order is placed and your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped and on its way. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and exact arrival is based on your local post office. (tracking information will be provided)

What is your refund policy?
We urge all our customers to shop seriously as we do not provide refunds on products ordered. Once a product is shipped, we do not accept any returns or reuse/restock items that have been returned. All returned items will be disposed. If there is damage to your product as a result of shipping, please contact us at hermione@mionee.com. For more information, please view our refund policy.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We are glad to help customers with purchasing and shipping needs outside of the United States. For inquiries regarding shipping products to your country, please contact hermione@mionee.com so that arrangements can be made for you to purchase the desired products and for us to successfully ship them to you. At this moment, international shipping is not available on our website and can only be done by contacting us directly.
