Return and Shipping Policy

RETURN POLICY

 

All of our products are custom handmade to order.  At this time Mionee.com cannot accept refunds or exchanges...we urge you to please purchase seriously.  All orders (whether placed in the U.S., Canada, and all other International countries) are non-refundable. 

Note: Any items returned will be disposed and will not be considered for a refund.

If there is any damage to your product as a direct result of shipping, we are here to help.  We want you to receive and enjoy your product intact.  In such a case, we will issue you a credit to purchase the same item or a different item on Mionee.com of equal monetary value and have it shipped to you at no-cost.  To be eligible for the exchange of a damaged product directly resulting from shipping, the following rules apply:

  1. you have 15 calendar days to return the damaged item from the date you received it and
  2. the item must be returned in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it, and have no signs of usage and/or tampering, and
  3. you must include in the returned shipment a photograph of the damaged product as you received it (whether an actual photo or paper copy) or you must email a jpeg picture attachment to support@mionee.com  

Once we receive your item, we notify you that we received your returned item, we will inspect it and inform you on the status of your exchange.  If your return is approved, we will exchange your item for an item of choice on Mionee.com that is of equal monetary value and have it shipped to you at no-cost.

Please note that all shipping costs are nonrefundable.

SHIPPING POLICY

U.S. and Canada Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for all US orders and via USPS International Priority Mail for all orders being shipped to Canada.

Please note that all of our products are custom handmade to order.  Once payment has been received, it will take 3-4 business days for your order to be processed and be ready for shipping.  Once shipped you will receive email notification that your product is on its way.  

International Shipping (excluding U.S. and Canada)

If you'd like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send an email to support@mionee.com.  In your email, please include a list of the products you would like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which we should bill via PayPal (we only accept PayPal payments for orders shipped abroad). 

We will respond via email to confirm your order and issue you an invoice via PayPal.  When your payment has been received and processed, then we will finalize your order and schedule for your products to be shipped to you.  You will receive an email notification once your product is on its way.
